These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Summitbikes website. By visiting the Summitbikes website you accept, and agree to, the content of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.

When you place an order via our website (summitbikes.co.uk) we will treat that action as an offer to buy. Once the order is placed you will receive confirmation in the form of an email and at this point you will be entering into a binding contract.

Availability / Estimated Delivery Times

We do our best to ensure availability of all advertised products and endeavour to despatch all parts within the quoted time. If there is a delay we will inform you of this via email and the product will be despatched as soon as it is available. If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately.Occasionally we find ourselves having to withdraw an item because it has become obsolete or has been discontinued. If you have placed an order for an item that has been made obsolete we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative if one is available., in the event of a typographical error or technological error causing a mistake in price to be shown, Summitbikes reserves the right to correct the error and to charge you the correct price. Before it does so, Summitbikes will notify you of the mistake and will offer you the opportunity of a full refund. You will receive a notification with or prior to your delivery. Repayment of such monies will be the extent of our liability to you if we are unable to deliver to you the products you have ordered.

Payment

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at UK rates. 

Payment over the Internet can be made via our secure check out pages using Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro or Solo cards, PayPal

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are despatched, where upon a full refund will be issued in the manor the payment was made.

Returns

If any Product is found to be damaged on delivery, a replacement or full refund will be given on receipt of the product being returned, under the Manufacturers Warranty.
